Fang Wei founded Gravitas Energy Resources in late 2015 as a consultant to help companies grow into best-in-class global players in the oil and petrochemicals industry. Since 2019, he has been Strategic Advisor to HPL Global Pte Ltd, the Singapore subsidiary of Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd in Kolkata, India.
Fang Wei’s expertise is sought after by entrepreneurs and professionals in the trading, investing and manufacturing industries, having acquired more than three decades of leadership experience at AFCO, China Aviation Oil , BP, Noble, Shell, Voest-Alpine, H&Q and Singapore Aerospace.
Fang Wei is a qualified International Arbitrator and Fellow of Singapore Institute of Arbitrators; Qualified Listed Entity Director and member of Singapore Institute of Directors; qualified WSQ trainer and member of Adult Educators Network.
